7. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI agents is created based on your inputs and brand guidelines. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publication. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free or suitable for all purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smove AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.

11. Changes to Terms
