But with the rising relevancy of social media and the demand for "always-on" content, the workload shifted from creation to execution. Clients expected more output at exponential speeds. The result? Creatives were drowning in resizing, formatting, and generic copywriting, leaving no time to actually be conceptual, weird and out-of-the-box.

We realized that especially for small and mid-sized agencies, this is a survival issue. Margins are tightening, and staying competitive means delivering volume without burning out your best talent.
