Pricing
Smove offers flexible pricing: a free demo client to test the platform, Smove Single at CHF 239/month per client (annual) for one agent, and Smove Pro at CHF 559/month per client (annual) for all three agents. A flat CHF 100/month platform fee applies after your first paying client—it doesn't scale with your growth.

Agents
During onboarding, you upload brand guidelines, tone of voice documents, content examples, and define content buckets. Our agents analyze this information and maintain consistency across all generated content. The more context you provide, the better the output.
Mel is your Instagram Content Manager. She uses your brand insights to craft compelling Instagram posts, design engaging Reels scripts, and build content calendars that drive engagement. Mel understands Instagram's algorithm and formats content for maximum reach.

Yes! With Smove Pro, all three agents share context and work together for cross-platform synergy. They can adapt a single campaign across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook while maintaining platform-specific best practices and your brand consistency.
Setup
Most agencies are up and running within 24-48 hours. The process involves uploading brand assets, configuring agent preferences, and connecting social accounts. Our team provides dedicated support to ensure a smooth setup.
Absolutely. Our human-in-the-loop workflow means clients can approve, request changes, or decline content with a single click. Nothing gets published without explicit approval, ensuring complete brand safety and client satisfaction.
We recommend providing brand guidelines (colors, fonts, logo usage), tone of voice documentation, example content that represents your brand well, content buckets or themes, and any specific do's and don'ts. The more context, the better the results.
We use official platform APIs with OAuth authentication. You'll authorize Smove to access your client's accounts through a secure connection. We never store passwords—only encrypted access tokens with the minimum required permissions.
Security
We take data security seriously. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We're hosted on Swiss infrastructure and comply with GDPR and Swiss data protection laws. Your client data is never used to train our models or shared with third parties.
Yes, Smove is fully GDPR compliant. We provide data processing agreements (DPAs) for all agency clients, support data portability and deletion requests, and maintain comprehensive audit logs. We're also compliant with Swiss Federal Data Protection Act (FADP).
Yes, you can request complete data deletion at any time. We'll remove all your agency data, client information, and generated content within 30 days of your request. You can also delete individual client accounts without affecting others.
Only your authorized team members have access to client accounts. We use role-based access control, so you can set granular permissions. Smove engineers never access your data except when explicitly requested for support, and all access is logged.
